Let's say you're given...

Reasonably unlimited budget.
Reasonably unlimited time (assume your team had the dev kit well before launch).
Access to and permission to use any existing IPs of all companies (including Nintendo, Sony, MS, etc).

Your only requirement is...

It must be Wii exclusive.

Its a no brainer for me... I will go with Bushido Blade III... that game was amaizing.. a sword fighting game with no life bar... one hit ure dead or loose the use of your arm or leg... it would have to be in first person and expert mode will be the exact motions on the wii mote.. i have been waititng for a sequal for this game a reeeeeely long time...
