Medal Of Honor: Rising Sun is another example.
Okami
To lavish praise upon this title, the assumption of a common plateau between player and game must be made. I won't open my unworthy mouth.

Lack of emphasis on voice acting?
Most of the gamecube games out there had everything but voice acting... and often why there was the lack of data listed.
Gamecube that is.

there is only one wii game that used dual layered dvd and that was SSBB, no other wii game used more than single layered dvd, we could have really epic games with 2 dual layered discs.

Considering we've only had one (maybe two, was Okami DVD9?) games on Wii that even utilized DVD9 technology, it'll be some time before we see a 2-disc Wii game.

Monster Hunter: pissing me off since 2010.
Well on the Wii there's Brothers in Arms: Double Time, which is a port of BiA: Road to Hill 30 and Earned in Blood. That's what I've heard at least, I'd like to check it out.
Gamecube, many before me have beat me to that answer obviously.

There was a TMNT game on GC that had 2 discs (forgot the name, Nightmare something.......and there was a number....3 or possibly 4).
