Ganondorf can only be killed by the Master Sword (and Link so it seems) plus, he has the Triforce of Power. A power of the Gods. Now that's hard to beat!

I like Sephiroth more in terms of fangirlness but realistically, Ganondorf is more powerful.

Ganandorf all the way!! I would pick Kefka over Sephiroth or Ganandorf though if that was an option.

Wow... that not only shows a complete lack of understanding of the Kefka... but a complete lack of understanding of the Joker.

Ganodorf is too classic. He's just an archetype, you can't really understand him. Half the time it seems like he's just interested in making everybody miserable.
Sephiroth on the other hand, wanted power. After finding out about his past, he felt that he deserved to rule the planet. He wasn't interested in killing anyone (although he was prepared to make sacrifices to achieve what he wanted).
