bad publicity is better than no publicity. The only worse thing than people talking bad about you, is people not talking about you at all.
I figured with sony laying off 16,000 people and all their financial problems (loisng 2.9 billion for fiscal year) they would be higher up on the list. Hmmmmmm.....odd.
