Dead Space has sold almost 1.5 Million PS360 combined

Mirror's Edge has gone past 1 Million both combined

I bet not having RB2 available for the Wii cost them a big chunk of change as well.

What are yours thoughts then?

Restructuring. It's in the report. They made an operating profit that wasn't as high as they had hoped, but it's the restructuring that caused them to have a net loss.

A game I'm developing with some friends:

It is largely a technical exercise but feedback is appreciated.

@Fishyjoe

well I doubt they lost the money on

a Million Seller

and a Million & a half seller

EDT: I'm not saying they made TONS of profits on them....but certainly not a loss

The company is scaling back its product portfolio, focusing on high-quality games that are likely to be big hits. Chief Financial Officer Eric Brown said in an interview this includes focusing more on games for the Nintendo Wii, which has been far outselling rival consoles like Microsoft Corp. (MSFT)'s Xbox 360 and Sony Corp. (SNE)'s PlayStation 2.

@fishyjoe

that doesn't prove the HD games are getting them a loss

it jsut says "they are adapting to the fact that wii sells the most n so want to make more games for it"

Dead Space and Mirror's Edge had disappointing sales. Hell, even Burnout Paradise was slightly disappointing. Nowadays a high-budget, strongly advertised game needs to be a multi-million seller to have good profit.
