Probably a new Zelda, as it is the only one of the three that hasn't had a chance to experience a ground-up game on the Wii.

a new Mario RPG is coming out, and i haven't played the other metroids yet (..shame on me) so i'm most excited about seeing the new zelda, because i'm terrified of how they're going to change it... :(

After seeing the "New Play Control" trailer for Metroid Prime, I think I will be able to wait a couple years for a brand-new Metroid.
