"Eurogamer: How's the software line-up looking for Christmas 2009? Have you got many big titles still to be announced?

David Reeves: There are a couple. You can probably guess, but we have not formally announced them. They will most likely be announced in the next four to six weeks. They may even keep some for E3 or Cologne. "



I can see more than 2 games coming out for 2009 as he said, that are not even announced yet.

My guess would be Team ICO's new game, new Dark Cloud game, and maybe a new RPG game?

Dark Cloud 3 with cell shading would work very nicely, DC2 still looks good to this day. I wonder how many sales WKC would need to make profit, looks to have cost quite a lot.

Yeah, but they're focus this gen seems to be WKC, and outside of that they've only mentioned a possible sequel to DC, since so many ask for one.

While I didn't like Rogue Galaxy very much, I absolutely loved it's artstyle.  I'd love to see a DC3 in the style of RG.

Those two are pretty much certain 2009 releases.

Well I think MS 2 and R2 were announced around this time, so I expect a Ratchet announcement quite soon, a MS 3 or PSP announcement reasonably soon, WipEout PS3 and Ingocnito's next game should be shown at GDC or Sony's gamer day, which was when Confrontation was announced

Sequels to Ratchet and Clank and Hardware (That online tank game from PS2) will be announced soon.

I'd assume both will be 09 releases, with GT5 and GoW3 being pushed to 2010.

Well, a couple doesn't always imply two.  It could be 4 or 5 as well.  In any case, for the real revelations, we'll just have to wait and see :)
