HA!!! I found it.

http://www.joystiq.com/2007/01/17/plastic-discoloration-why-your-snes-turned-yellow/

An antiquated Nintendo response claims that the flame-resistant chemical used in the case discolors via exposure to heat, air, or light over time.

Hahaha, I could've taken that picture.  Looks just like my 2.  I love how only the top half goes bad.  So weird and ugly.  But it can still play FF3, so it will always have a place to stay  in my heart.

I have a few emulators, and yes my SNES looks just like the one above!!! You would think the plastic would be weak or something, but no its just as strong. Without a hammer I guess.

I am so close to 200 I am digging in my old PC games to see if I can push it over.  Odd Decent is not listed as a game?  That was a pretty big game.  I have Decent and Decent 3.

I never have added a game to my list, should get around to that.

My 3 SNES consoles never got discolored... I don't see how they could?

Did you read the post?

"Nintendo response claims that the flame-resistant chemical used in the case discolors via exposure to heat, air, or light over time."

I guess you were lucky, and mine was in a box in a closet inside the house.  So this does not hold true 100%.

Well, I made it to 200 so I am not digging in these old PC games anymore.

And now that I have hit 200, just think.  I'll go easy and say $15 a game, and you know thats low.  $3,000 dollars spent on games alone.  That's before systems.  Crazy I am going to let my girls know where their college fund went.  Hehe... just kidding, but all those years did add up.

My collection is missing a load of BBC Micro and Atari ST games, but the database doesn't seem to have those systems D:

(Besides, I can't even find the box with all the stuff in)

WHERE IS MY KORORINPA 3

Around the Network

Well I have added the good ones I have from the N64/GC/PS1/PS2 era

and the current gen games.

If it isn't turnbased it isn't worth playing   (mostly)

And shepherds we shall be,

For Thee, my Lord, for Thee. Power hath descended forth from Thy hand, That our feet may swiftly carry out Thy command. So we shall flow a river forth to Thee And teeming with souls shall it ever be. In Nomine Patris, et Filii, et Spiritūs Sancti. -----The Boondock Saints

I try all the time but its hard. Not enough time.

It is better to die on one's feet

then live on one's knees

Mines just like that picture but reversed (bottom is yellow)

Completed X360:
High Def Movie Collection

I would have easily near to a 1000 games but my parents would have interigated me until unleashing a fatality on me for spending money on useless items such as video games. I ended up having to trade one game for another unless it was extra special

Now my mum and dad both have more DS games then I have video games. Cheeky enough, they told me to buy my baby sis a DS and WIi and they play on of more then my sister. Intact she complains as they make her revise everytime they want to play on it. I just don't know what to say!

I have most of my 360, PS3, and XBL games in...

Still have to do my Wii, Gamecube, PC, and original XB games...
