Maybe not for all you single console goers, but for us PSWii60 owners...

Actually, I own a PSP, DS, 360 and a PS3 (and had a Wii).

Those crossed out have yet to come out, with the exception of P4 which is a PS2 game. I would throw Valkyria Chronicles in there as well as it was a fantastic game (SRPG, but I'd still include it as well as Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn and Disgaea 3).

But that list, even including prospective games pales in comparison to those generations past. It may shape out to be pretty good in the end, but it just seems that the genre has been in decline as of late, in terms of quantity, especially, and qulaity to a certain degree.

I really hate that I'm disagreeing with you on this, but I think that's the case.

....Anyway, enough with the off-topic! It's nice that we're seeing some gameplay pics, but it'd be freat if there were some gameplay videos. I'm dying to see how it'll play.

Why'd you cross out Star Ocean 1 for PSP but not Star Ocean 2?

can someone answer this question i have about the game-

will all the characters be able to use all types of weapons like in FF12, or will they all have certain weapons assigned to them like FF7,8,9,10,etc....

i really hope its the latter. it gives the characters more... awesoness

We don't know yet. It's still to be determinded, but what's wrong with giving players a little bit more choice on how to frame their characters?

this is the only RPG that I might try(is it too hard core for a noob in RPG?)is it slow paced?(hell i don't even know how it plays,,,,guess shows how interested i m in the genre)

A black man with a fro and some chicken. Then getting slapped as if he some kind of rapist. No swords, spears, staffs, like other FF characters but guns. I see stereotyping here. I'm offended, MFG!!!!

 

Wait until it he gets localized. Remember how Barret talked?

FFXIII became pointless when Square pushed it back three years from when it should've released and made it impossible for this generation to not be the first ever without 3 Final Fantasy main-series titles.

At least they're doing their wonderful 3D remakes on the DS.

That looks great for a japanese game. I am not annoyed by the art style so this is a must buy for me. :D

So you're saying that they should have made and released before the PS3 was even let alone the dev kits hadn't arrived at any developer.

Hahahaha I remember that. He talked like Robert Downey Jr. in Tropic Thunder. Should be interesting to see hwo this turns out.
