i read the manual for the 360. the one that said you shouldnt put your cord into a cows ass. god, did that save me an embarassing phonecall when it stopped working.

Yeah, I do if they're any good (the manuals). I usually have a preliminary flick-through, then indulge if it's interesting. The worst kind of manuals are the ones which simply tell you what all the menu options are, what the controls are, list the credits then end. Creates no atmosphere, no 'world' at all. The best have snippets of story or cool artwork between the description pages, and the descriptions are slightly humorous/tongue-in-cheek.
