lulz i see what you did there. -.O

I think I see what you are trying to do here, but...if they were afraid of it, wouldn't they MOVE their big games out of the KZ2 launch window, for fear that KZ2 would cannibalize their sales?
Welcome back, and please don't take this the wrong way when I say that your threads never fail to entertain...!

Lol. Thats a hillarious post...
I wonder why MS is throwing away Halo Wars for a fight it can't win against KZ2. They would probably get much better sales if they released it on orginal date.

killzone 2 is not a threat. it will never be. it wont even touch 2 million. internet hype does not equal to sales.

They believe the brand "Halo" will definitely hinder potential sales of Killzone2. They might be right to a certain extent as many uninformed gamers will probably think this is another Halo iteration (shooter) and buy this game, instead of KZ2.

Thinking anyone is afraid of Killzone 2 launch is fanboyism at its best.
Microsoft always want to steal the attention from Sony not because they're afraid but to impede them.
How many cups of darkness have I drank over the years? Even I don't know...
i'm not sure afraid is the right word. the ps3 is getting a lot of press around kz2, anything MS can do to keep the spotlight for themselves is a good business plan for them.
This thread is a good example why many people "hate" the ps3 and its fanboys . I wonder how more obnoxious sony fanboys would be if sony had released some actual hits like halo3 , gears1/2 , fable2 , mass effect e.t.c instead of an endless stream of overhyped commercial flops .

What they need to do is release Halo Wars on the PC.
