Yeah I played half way and stopped AC, too repetitive. PoP was the same repetitive again, but at least I completed PoP.

I think anyone who thinks AC2 will be solely set in the future did not complete the game.

My thoughts precisely, though my the only surprise for me is that the new Rainbow Six game has not been confirmed... I suppose we will have to wait until ubidays for that...

Anyway I am quite excited for AC 2, and if it is set in revolutionary france it could be interesting

Ubisoft is really an awful company. This line is from their latest results:

"However, as some of our games did not meet the required quality levels to achieve their full potential they need more sales promotions than anticipated."

So basically they just release games that aren't up to quality and stuff it down consumers throats by extra promotions.

They are referring to End War (I think), which generally which got 80's but they were hoping for 90s and they want to move some more copies.

Developers cant keep making a game forever, and when the result it an 80 game, it is not too bad

If ubisoft plays their cards right splinter cell-conviction will be a huge hit. The 360 userbase will eat it up
