Why is street fighter there, i thought all they did was up the resolution & add online?

They didn't "up" the resolution. They re-drew everything...models, backgrounds...

Also, they added near perfect online play thats much smoother then any fighter before.

I'm surprised at MGS4's low number. Considering the high praise it got from reviewers, only three awards? Tying with Fable II?
