Now Imagine you can play, Metal Gear Solid 4, Grand theft Auto 4, (no downloadable episodes), Resident Evil 5, Final Fantasy 13, Tekken 6 and Playstation Network on the Playstation 3.

This is for all the diehard sonyboys out there, I know you love the playstation and I know what its like to be a fan of a company, I am STILL a sega fan, but how can you knock someone for wanting and liking Xbox 360.

Diehard sonyboys think about those 2 choices, which would you choose?

Here it is!  A 360 fanboy, completely disregarding the thread topic, posts a perfect example of why 360 fanboys are so annoying and, in fact, worse than PS3 fanboys.

360 fanboys' (and some fans') major fault: Attack the PS3 and its owners constantly.  (In this particular example, its game library.)

PS3 fanboys' (and some fans') major fault: Overhype the PS3's exclusives.

 

Attacking a rival console and its owners is MUCH WORSE than overhyping your own console's games.

 



Buying a game console is either an investment or a gamble in your future enjoyment of it. Usually you win, although success doesn't always turn out the way you expected.

I'm trying not to give my opinion on the subject (though you can only guess what my answer would be) but if you think Sony fans don't attack Xbox fans well you havn't really been on this site long enough. You will soon here "What a crap fucking lineup, hahaha xbots lolz"

@ seece: True, I haven't been here that long, but I've been lurking for a while. And I do think the PS3 fanboys went overboard all over the internet with the RROD debacle, for isntance. And I've also seen 360 fanboys overhype many games that I don't care about (just like I don't care about Killzone 2). Both parties are guilty of basically the same offences.

YET, the situation NOW is pretty much the way I describe it. And as of now, 360 fanboys are just more annoying. Not that it won't change sooner or later.

In the end, fanboys are just annoying, yet so interesting to read ;)

PS3 Fanboys were worse when they were outselling the 360 last year.

Seece, I came into this thread about five minutes after you made it. I did not respond until right now because I thought this was for the non-biased. Now I see that everybody went ahead and gave their opinion anyway so here's mine. All three sides seem to jump at the first chance to put each other down instead of looking at the good aspect of their consoles. The only reason the PS360 guys seem "the most vocal" or "loud" is because Nintendo is finally doing good for the first time since the 4th generation. I remember how badly some of those fanboys would put down the PS2 in order to push for GC. This generation the Nintendo fanboys stand back while the PS360 guys tear each other to shreds.
