 The playstation brand is very strong and if it were priced at a affordable price when lauched it would be in the lead now, im 100% of it.

Back in the 1990s when the first playstation came out.  You had Sega who didn't really care about its customers and brought rubbish addons.  On the other side you had nintendo who swore by sticking to cartridges and charging a arm and a leg for games.  People wanted something new and playstation fitted in, it was cool, young and also cheap.  I had two PS1 but never did have a PS2.

I have both systems (xbox, PS3) but im NO SONY fanboy, im a PC fanboy :D

The playstation brand was strong back in 2006. But given the much lower market share it had and the bad press, I'd say the brand power has weakened.

Will the Wii continue to outsell the 360 2:1?

The mystical 2:1 ratio will not (and indeed has not) keep up. Last weeks numbers show us as much. With the slower seasons coming upon us, I can see the 360 outselling the PS3 by as much as 20% but not more, for a period, until the price (almost inevitably) drops on the PS3.
Expecting the 360 to double the PS3's sales for the entire year or the rest of the gen is extremely shortsighted imo, there is nothing to correlate with such a theory at this point.

people keep talking about the ps3 failing because people love to see things at the top fall.in reality its doing very well reguardless of wat people say and people are waiting for the next price cut before buying 1.i know 7 of my friends are waiting for it
