it deserved it. If metal gear solid 4 had won it would have been so chiche. I'm glad fallout won.

I love the game, nice to see it pick up the award. IMO, it deserves it.

God damn, am I the only one that hated Fallout 3?

The game felt more like Oblivion and less like fallout. I kept playing hoping that it would get more darker, but it never really did. To me it was a big letdown.

Fallout was never really that dark so much as it was kind of humorous.

I don't know why everyone is crying foul by exclaiming that MGS4 should of won.
Neither Fallout 3 nor MGS4 deserved it.

Easily one of the most unique and innovative titles to come out in years, with an almost never-ending stream of creative playable content that is a blast to play with friends or otherwise. It's hard to vote against it.

Fallout 3 was a great RPG game, but compared to its predecessors it fell short in many aspects.
Eh, either way, pick wasn't too surprising. Great year all-around.

fallout 1 and 2 had this feeling that if you did somethng bad you were going to pay for it. Like killing kids in the first fallout would mean facing a bounty hunter later on plus the bosses in the fallout series were more grotesque and harder, and the ending to the first one was the best. The first two were heavy on drugs and prostitution as well.
