fallout 1 and 2 had this feeling that if you did somethng bad you were going to pay for it. Like killing kids in the first fallout would mean facing a bounty hunter later on plus the bosses in the fallout series were more grotesque and harder, and the ending to the first one was the best. The first two were heavy on drugs and prostitution as well.
