And for the last time, BioShock 2 is not a 360 exclusive. And why do you think only Microsoft can announce games in 2009? When was Resistance 2 announced?

 

Actually, they haven't said whether BioShock 2 will be exclusive yet, or not.  Right now it is timed exclusive most likely for the 360, and very likely could go full exclusive since the timed exclusives just never sell as well on the second system as the first.

Resistance 2 was announced at the VERY BIGINNING of January 2008, thus still nearly a year in advance.  MS usually waits for just a few months or at the earliest that same year.  Gears 2 was announced about 10 months in advance.  Sony likes to announce their "big" games years in advance and everyone gets tired of waiting and all the delays.

Full exclusive makes absolutely no sense. They put a trailer for BioShock 2 on the PS3, right?

And that's a myth. Firstly, Gears 2 was announced at around the same time as R2, 10 months in advance.

Fable II was announced in 2006.

Too Human was announced for the 360 in 2005.

BK: Nuts and Bolts was announced in 2006.

not to rain on u guys parade but many of those games are either multiplat, vaporware,timed exclusive, or have no actual release date and probably wont be coming out in 09. just thought i would drop that little peace of reality on you. great game selection tho (:

because 360 exclusive list needs beefing up. OP hould really take some of those off so when fans dont see the release in 09 they r not dissappointed. i would suggest a rumored in 09 list, and seperate the exclusives, partial exclusives, and the multiplats. organize it like the PS3 and Wii lists on VG.

No love for Darksiders: Wrath of War? Yes, it will not be a game of year, bud still look very good. It´s for Xbox 360 and PS3.

Btw: what with "but lot of games aren´t exclusives"? It mean, that if a game isn´t exlusive, I can´t play it? How I get it, this list and that one in News section is about games, that are available for that system. And, of course, even multiplatform games are available, no?
