Japan - Monster Hunter G Wii gets exclusive Classic Controller, and demo of Monster Hunter 3

January 15th, 2009

Ready for Monster Hunter G to sell like crazy? Capcom has announced that Monster Hunter G Wii will be released in Japan on April 23rd, 2009 for ¥3990. Even better, a special Classic Controller will be made available. Consumers can pick up the controller in a Monster Hunter G Wii bundle (¥5220), or separately. Best of all, Monster Hunter G Wii comes with a demo of Monster Hunter 3. Man…Capcom sure knows how to sell a remake.

Million seller in Japan confirmed?

Damn. Are they bringing this to the US????

Good sales are coming my friends. Kudos to capcom

Capcom will make another stupid decision if they dont bring this to the US.

The dragon kill the controller. The font and blue look nice dragon not so much.

I wonder how big the increase for this game will be........
And still 3 months till it's released. The demo ought to increase the sales a lot, judging by the lines to play the demo at that event (TGS?).

As for the controller, meh, I don't really like it......although I like that it's blue. Hmm, I think we need more blue controllers. I think Sonic needs his own special edition controller(s). Whose with me?

Yea this is going to be huge haha.

HAHAHA!
I'll buy this bundle! :D

Wow, nice one capcom

both will be huge!

I'd buy it for the MH3 demo, but I'll be using the Wiimote to play any MH games on Wii, so I'll pass on the CC.

Could I trouble you for some maple syrup to go with the plate of roffles you just served up?
