Well, if you like all genre's then any of the following will work.

Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn (probably the best SRPG games this generation so far)
Metroid Prime 3: Corruption (best FPA ever, excellent controls and gameplay)
The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess (excellent Zelda game)
Mercury Meltdown Revolution (like monkey ball, only with mercury)

as for Wii Ware
World of Goo
Mega Man 9
Lost Winds
Toki Tori

If you drop a PS3 right on top of a Wii, it would definitely defeat it. Not so sure about the Xbox360. - mancandy

Because the Gamecube functionality isn't emulator based, it is the actual gamecube hardware. Therefore once you're going into GC mode, all Wii functionality is blocked, including the "Home" button.

I can highly recommend you REmake and Resident Evil 0 for GC. As well as Tales of Symphonia, Fire Emblem: Path of Radience and Skies of Arcadia (if you like J-games). Metroid Prime, Beyond Good & Evil and Eternal Darkness are awesome as well.

For Wii: RE4Wii, Okami, Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn, Metroid 3 and Shaun White.

VC is too much to name.

well ive got a official mem card now for gamecube, i just need an official pad. i have a gamecube pad but its a cheap copy one and it very rubbish to use.

res0 looks good cheers for recomendations. re: fire emblem il look into that in fact i think il just youtube a review for it.

...not much time to post anymore, used to be awesome on here really good fond memories from VGchartz...

Not sure if these have been missed, but on VC I'd recommend Ocarina of Time, Lylat Wars and Gunstar Heroes.
World of Goo and LostWinds are also must have WiiWare titles.

Keep an eye on the "New Play" GC remakes-titles like Pikmin, Prime 1/2 should be fantastic with Wii controls.

I'm pretty sure everything else I'd recommend has been recommended, with the exception of Okami? But if you don't enjoy Zelda, you may not enjoy Okami.

Anyway, hope you find some good bargains and enjoy your gaming!
