Though I got mine because of ridiculous low price as my #1 reason and the fact that I liked the list of exclusives at the time.... I was pleasently surprised when RGPs started being announced :p
I still prefer my Wii though =) but I like what MS has done.

well, did ever bother looking up the games online from acredited gaming sites? bad choice. mgs4 is way better 3rdPS that gears 2 and microsoft pretty much has no good exclusive in 09. tales of vespiria isnt half as good an rpg as valkyria chronicles (ive had experiance with both)

Many of us never thought that as well. I'm glad your eventual choice was based on the games you wanted to play not which console was "winning" or I'd have lost a lot of respect for you lol. You sound like you'd have loved Valkyria Chronicles...oh well.

where mgs4 might be better but gow2 but gow 2 is still gonna sell a whole lot better and thats all m$ cares about

Dude, he got the 360 because he felt more interest in 360 games. He even mentions Metal gear in the op and says that it didn't interest him. Maybe he over looked Valkyria, I don't know. Sure, you may see things differently, but you're not him. Different people have different opinions and different ways of deciding what games and systems to buy.

I'm currently playing Operation Darkness... if you can get over the crappy camera control, the horrible voice acting, the PS2 graphics and basically restarting the same missions over and over again.. if you can get past all those issues then you'll find a small tiny spect of gold..
I don't know why I keep playing it.. its kinda like watching a really bad "B" movie and enjoying it!!
I can only imagine how much fun VC would of been on the 360...
