N64. Awesome times even thinking about it now.

PlayStation 2 without a doubt. Godly console.

N64 is a reasonably close second. Even though I never owned one, I enjoyed every minute I spent playing it.

Third would be PS3 actually. I think it actually has a better library than the PS1. At least it will, at the end of 2009. It has an MGS, it has a Ratchet and Clank, it just needs a God of War. It'll take a Syphon Filter game and a good Tekken to put it in second, and all of those PLUS something made by Team ICO, as well as 50 other incredible games to put it in first.

1- PS2 (Tied for 1st place)
2- PS3
3- Xbox 360
4- Mega Drive
5- Dreamcast

I must be one of the few people to have never owned a Nintendo console, yet has owned all of their handhelds.

These threads are always popular. One every week, if I'm not mistaken.
I'll answer the same way I did last time:
SNES is the best, PS2 is a close runner up. PS1 gets an honorable mention

PS3, because its also my PS1 / PS2 / Divx / DVD / Blu-ray player etc... =)

I absolutely love the PS2 and all of Nintendo's consoles.

I'm going to have to go with the Wii though. It has a ton of games that I like, can play GameCube games and has the virtual console.

1. Sega Megadrive/Genesis (but the 360 is catching it fast)

2. Microsoft Xbox 360 (As above)

3. Sega Dreamcast (still home to my fave game of all time..... Shenmue)

4. Sega Saturn (Fighters Megamix, Guardian Heroes, Daytonaaaaaaaaaaa USA nuff said)

5. Super Famicom/Nintendo Entertainment System (Super mario world, Super mario kart)

PS3 is the best by far and my PS3 plays PSX and PS2 games as well as PS3 games which are the best games ever made. LBP and MGS 4 FTW.
PS3 has free online, wireless, Blu-Ray and the most reliable console system ever made.
