PlayStation 2 without a doubt. Godly console.
N64 is a reasonably close second. Even though I never owned one, I enjoyed every minute I spent playing it.
Third would be PS3 actually. I think it actually has a better library than the PS1. At least it will, at the end of 2009. It has an MGS, it has a Ratchet and Clank, it just needs a God of War. It'll take a Syphon Filter game and a good Tekken to put it in second, and all of those PLUS something made by Team ICO, as well as 50 other incredible games to put it in first.
