That's because your reasoning was completly ilogical and wrong.

You being right was incidental.

What was wrong with my reasoning?  IGN said "playing", and so did the Gamespot live blog.  But it's all water under the bridge, since IGN, and I were correct when G4 released the video of him saying 'playing', Like I said he said.  That's not incidental, but the truth.

Gamespot live blog said "playing" then changed it.

So... why would they just change that for no reason?

The fact that they did change it said more then IGN not changing it.

That's the logical conclusion for someone to reach, that gamespot got some information in which to make a correction.

You were right... yet your reasoning was wrong.

I've said that for a while now.  You were right in the same way that a sports fan is right when he says the cavs will win because of Sasha Pavolic.

The cavs may win the game... but the way they came to that conclusion was faulty.

Not only was it announced to be 1.3M during Sony's CES presentation, there was a big thread on it here too. http://vgchartz.com/forum/thread.php?id=56109

It is kind of humorous watching him bounce around not realizing how he obviously lost his bet.

So was this bet based on VGC numbers or official numbers? If VGC, then yes its over, but if official then you guys will have to wait until official numbers come out. That is IF they come out.

For some reason I imagine that little detail wasn't ironed out when the bet was made . . .
