can someone post the quick summary of the story in Kotor 2, and the twist.

I have played both and finished both. but only remember the first ones story. Guess that shows which story was better in my view.

... I got it working on Vista just fine...

it crashed maybe once but no big deal

both were good i spent so many hours playing kotor 1 and 2.
voice acting was great. especially that old lady in kotor 2.

It's a great game. If you enjoyed it you'll probably enjoy everything else Bioware has made since then. They're pretty much all the same.

Mass Effect > KOTOR > Jade Empire (but it's still pretty good)

KotOR2 didn't have a twist.

@OP: So, did you kill Bastila or did she become your apprentice?

Could I trouble you for some maple syrup to go with the plate of roffles you just served up?

She became my apprentice, I then proceeded to killing Jolee, Mission and Zaalbar, I had killed Juhani way earlier.

You have peaked my interest in this game, should I get it for XBOX or PC???

Getting an XBOX One for me is like being in a bad relationship but staying together because we have kids. XBone we have 20000+ achievement points, 2+ years of XBL Gold and 20000+ MS points. I think its best we stay together if only for the MS points.

Nintendo Treehouse is what happens when a publisher is confident and proud of its games and doesn't need to show CGI lies for five minutes.

well I searched around the internet and read about the story and in forums peoples thoughts on story and all that noise.

And yet again it wasn't really bringing up many memories of the game for me.  I don't want to put any spoilers in here, but seems like it was a pretty just straight forward game.  When you are reading about a game you played through (twice) and it isn't ringing any bells or making you think "oh yea that was a good game" then obviously you didn't like the game too much.

I guess Kotor 2 just wasn't my game of choice.  Though I know I had fun playing it, but the story just sucked I guess.

I played it on the PC and I found that the controls are perfect for it.
