Hmm... why wouldn't the other team just do the same and kill themselves too? That's what I would of done..

I don't like how you're posts makes it sound like this happens every game... I've only had a few "bad" experiences since Launch... Last time I had an issue with cheaters was when the Horde members blocked a doorway with a forklift...

Thankfully we had an pretty good team that communicated, we huddled in the corner on top of an ammo cache. We held them off for five minutes, it was annoying but i'm guessing it was more frustrating for the Horde cause they gave up and moved the forklift back to let us on our way.

That seems less of a Left4Dead problem and more of a people are dicks problem.  If you're on a Live just submit a bad player review (because they without a doubt deserve it) and be done with them.

That seems less of a Left4Dead problem and more of a people are dicks problem.  If you're on a Live just submit a bad player review (because they without a doubt deserve it) and be done with them.

 

 It is definetly people are dicks problem. but partially it can be blamed on the game too. there is no ranking system so people are not penalized at all for doing stupid shit like that. If you team kill me in Halo, I boot you...if you do it here, I have to try to pass the vote to boot you but I can't since you get to vote and your friend is in the game.

Also, the fact I can't join a friends game on his team is a big problem for me. Especially considering load times are hefty. I don't have time to join his game 3 times only to have to drop because ive been put on a different team...and the 4th time I try to join his spot gets filled by a random dude.

@op...................the game is identicle for the gamer when it was at 87 as it is now at 90..................can you explain how the game has gotten better? aggregated scores are rubbish and dont determine if one game is better than another.



...not much time to post anymore, used to be awesome on here really good fond memories from VGchartz...

The score seems a bit exaggerated for what it was. I didn't find the game all that impressive :( I think it's ok and all, but not AAA material. Good for it though I suppose, although I definitely think it's inflated simply because it's valve :P

Also the lowest score it has on metacritic is 80%, so that just proves that universally this is a fantastic game.

Read what some of the reviewers say about verses mode and general online play, some say its the best online experience they have had in years, and i agree.

The game has very strong core gameplay, but there isn't enough content yet. Once Valve starts releasing their free (for PC anyways) updates, and once the SDK gets out, I can expect to spend more time on this game.
