Captain Rainbow and I won't say what I think because it may offend.

The single strangest game name ever is probably Cameltry. The game had nothing to do with camels. It's a game where you move a maze around a ball (no, that is not a transposition) with an Atari-paddle-style controller. There was a SNES version that was uncreatively renamed to On the Ball for its US release.
