I am going to copy/paste my post from the other thread.

If you look at the original interview in Gameplayer the Ubisoft dev only said "It's Never going to come out on the PS3 or Wii."

The line after that, "It's a logical decision...the PS3 can't handle AI nearly as well as the 360" was added by the interviewer and was not a quote the dev.

Ubisoft didn't Lie so I think you should retract your OP Leo-j.

This is a reponse from EA:

In the case of the next-generation consoles, many publishers have been developing titles for the Xbox 360 for over 3 1/2 years while everyone who publishes now for the PlayStation 3 with the exception of Sony has been developing for the PlayStation 3 for only a little over one full year. The differences in the overall knowledge of the hardware is vastly different for both consoles and, as is the case with newer technology, it is very difficult to get it right the first time.

My opinion is that a companies ability to make consoles that are easy to develop for will reflect on the final quality of the games. Microsoft is great at this. BUT I do believe that many developers will have the know how to get adequate AI on the PS3, and a statement like that reflects a developers inability to learn a new system more then the reputation of the PS3.

note that sony gives no specifics, and doesn't even mention the 360? it just says it can handle AI. ok, so what kind of AI??? well, i guess some of you fools have bought sony's response like you will believe anything, so that's enough for sony...
