Coincidentially Sega, sonys competition last gen, has been their strongest supporter with third party exclusive titles this gen. Not only that, their games are awesome, i mean, Valkyria, Yakuza Kenzan and now they are making Yakuza 3.

So far released games count:

Yakuza Kenzen.

Valkyria Chronicles.

Upcoming are

Yakuza 3.

I find it a bit ironic that some of the greatest exclusive (and the most from a single developer) comes from a company that used to compete with the playstation.

It's not particularly surprising.

Sega is the 2nd best developer in the world (After ninty of course) and seems to dislike MS for some reason,so both the Wii and PS3 are getting awesome games from Sega

I think Sega dislike MS because they took Sega's place. Sega leaves, Microsoft comes in. "Newbies", Sega must be thinking.

They don't seem to hold a grudge against Sony after their defeat, which is of course a good thing.

Yeah, they make some really awesome games. But Quantum Theory is made by Tecmo...

I disagree sony is number one :P not nintendo. I have a wii and their games so i have the right to that opinion. However that's beside the point of this topic

But yeah, sega hasn't given ms anything really which is a good positive for sony.

I think that sony should advertise some of segas exclusive games in the west. Would help them sell more software.. (well sony also needs to get their own advertising together)

In terms of profit Sega support of Wii>>>any HD-console. Though Valkyria Chronicles is the only Sega game I'm personally interested in this gen. Maybe, MadWorld in the future.

BTW Quantum Theory??? This's Tecmo game afaik.

SEGA doesn't hate MS. Xbox had Panzer Dragoon and Jet Set Radio exclusively last gen, which are probably the two best games they've made since going third party.

I personally don't like SEGA and about 90% of their games :(

My point was that Sega is a very good developer, and so it shouldnt be surprising that they make good games for the PS3

It seems almost all Sega games that are made in Japan are PS3 or Wii exclusive.

But maybe they got some money from Sony, it wouldn't surprise me. One of the VC devs once said Valkyria was originally being developed as a 360 exclusive.
