Don't worry about EuroGamer and GameSpot, they're improving. I can see them giving it a nine, or in GameSpot's case, maybe even a 9.5.

1UP will give it B+ because they don't like the online and because it's too violent and made them cry or something.

Edge will question the undertone of the game, call it kiddy and stick a 7 on it.

Meanwhile, IGN will give it in the 9.4-9.8 range.

@MakingMusic: They've only given two exclusives 5/5. But then they gave Assassin's Creed a 5/5, which was somewhat annoying.

nice score, i have decided to get this game. but i wont give it a perfect score since it doesnt have a co-op option which i love.

Their MotorStorm 2 score is the lowest the game received, resulting in it's low 8s score on gamerankings. It's barely hanging in the 8s.

I'm not interested in it because I don't like shooters, but I do hope it does well for ps3 owners. Hopefully reviewers don't hold it to unfair standards due to the hype and controversy its caused. I'd really like to see this average 9.0!

There's splitscreen, just no co-op. Something like CoD4. At least, that's what it suggests. I'm not sure.

I specifically remember that motherh guy saying no split screen, no online/offline co op.
