on what you base that ???
is it on the quality of the game or the content... because on the content if you have a country where they like fast pimped cars it's japan.... not everybody but you have an entire japanese pimping style going on in the past decade... look at the skyline from nissan so powerful the new one you can buy it only in japan and UK
You forgot to include Call of Duty 4.
By those standards it's probably an AA game, although I think many of those AA games (including CoD4) will sell over a million, Mass Effect certainly will.

Neither Metroid nor FPSs sell especially well in Japan. Ergo, Metroid Prime 3 will not sell half a million in Japan. The first two combined didn't sell that much in Japan.

To focus on your AAA titles only: singstar, little big planet, and stuntman. I highly doubt will move nearly as many units as most of your "AA" titles. Bad list. =P

Man of my classifications are off, let me know if there are any glaring errors of games that should be moved up or down. Basically I tried to weight games based on 1/3 how well they should sell, 1/3 based on how "big budget" they are, and 1/3 based on quality. |
good list. although i'm pretty sure blue dragon is at least an A list. over a million people preordered that game. Other than that, it's a really good list! I can't wait for Halo 3!!!

I think I could safely add any of these games to any of those A+ lists:
I think Guitar Hero III is going to do really well on Wii, along with MySims. BioShock will break a million. And the Simpson's game will do over 500k easy.
Your lists are way better than I could do though.
I would cite regulation, but I know you will simply ignore it.
I disagree with Singstar. That is almost 100% casual, and how many casuals pick a $500-600 system?
