Yakuza 3 probably won't be in the top 10 like the OP claims, it probably won't even sell as much as MGS4 which didn't make the top 10. Obviously Final Fantasy 13 will if it's released this year. DQ9 should claim the #1 spot, with second being Wii sports resort or FF13. MH3 will probably be in the top 10 also, although it's anyone's guess as to how much it will really sell.

EDIT: Holy shit, Dragon Quest sells huge. Final Fantasy will beat it WW, but WOW! Yeah, that has a good chance of clinching top spot, although third party games on Wii don't tend to sell very well.
