I would concur the 360 is failing if only it weren't selling more software per console than the ps3.. maybe some ppl are using the ps3 just for watching movies? or gamers dont have much dough left for games after the initial purchase

Doubt is not a pleasant condition, but certainty is absurd.

a. a AAA 3D sonic title

If you want to talk history, you can say that Nintendo is the only console company over the last decade who has consistently generated a profit, or for who gaming in general has been a worth while venture. Sony was in the same boat as Nintendo until the PS3 wiped out all of their PS2 profits.

But, as stated, this thread is really about Sony's current woes. And it looks like things are going to get worse for Sony before they get better.
