Maybe the fact that you haven't played them?
Nobody I know who has played a Team ICO game could think it is overhyped. Hell, it's underhyped.
It doesn't sell very well, though. Should cross 2 million, but 3 million is highly unlikely.

Killzone 2 - It has a huge shot, especially if connected to a Price Cut because it will be heavily bundled.
Infamous - I dont think so
Heavy Rain - No
GOW 3 - I think it might do it in a long term, GoW has a lot of hype behind it, and i think number III will be the best selling one in the series.
FF Versus - It should, but it is a spin-off after all you never know.
GT5 - Without a doubt
Team ICO's - Nope

Sorry buddy, played SOTC and ICO however was not sucked into the games like so many of you were, overyhyped devs Team ICO are.

GRAN TURISMO. Without bundles even on the PS3 that's like 5M garanteed. I doubt VsXIII will be bundled, slight chance for japan. And even without it will hit 3M easily.

Versus I doubt will be bundled and it does not need to, throw in snipits of the awesome trailer and people will be foaming from there mouths for the game. I hope this game shows SE that exclusives can do well on HD consoles, and I mean 4m+ well.

I cant believe that you are doubting the Power of GT5 my god its going to probably sell 5mill no doubt most of those games will reach over 1mill GT5's fucking demo sold more then most games on the Market 2.60M

Out of those I will say GT5 and FF no doubt GoW and Killzone should unless sony messes up it's ads they should pass it and the rest unless omthing crazy happens they wont...
