For Konami's surprise game next year... a 2D castlevania would be awesome. A proper sequel to SOTN...

Look they've been giving us Metroidvanias on the DS and GBA for years. I'd sooner they either return to a more classic, linear formula or (God help us) try and actually get the series down properly in 3-D.

Or a Metroid/Castlevania crossover!

First-Person Adventure wherein you SHOOT Dracula in the FACE

3 million seller LTD by June 2010

I was thinking a sidescroller. If they were going to do another Metroid style, why not go the next step and actually crossover with Metroid. It doesn't even have to be a canonical story. Have Samus find the castle, where a Mother Brain clone is going to finall take Dracula's place as the lord of darkness, and Samus and a distant Belmont descendant team up to stop this.

A flashy-first game is awesome when it comes out. A great-first game is awesome forever.

Plus, just for the hell of it: Kelly Brook at the 2008 BAFTAs

This only works if the Mother Brain's defeat is the final sacrifice needed to resurrect Dracula. Then there is violence.

Dracula controlling an army of undead Space Pirates has a lot of potential.

No Dracula. Play Aria of Sorrow and/or Dawn of Sorrow to know why.

It's not about whether he lives or dies. If he lives happy, the darkness will look for a new lord... no matter how long it takes.

A new Shining Force game for Wii ( Shining Force Gear ) is almost confirmed

That would be amazing...

well assuming they went back to the SRPG roots

I remember that Sega said that they were first going to make a Shining Force for the DS and then another for the Wii. Why not bring back to life Panzer Dragon?

hopefully something good
