Unless you reply to this I'm just going to assume you strangle kittens.

....except for twesterm's question, I have a kitten myself, and I love it to death

It will be very interesting to see how the next few years play out as the 360 and PS3 vie for consumer time.

The 360 has Netflix and what is becoming a pretty robust Video Marketplace while the PS3 has the obvious addition of Blu-Ray and I'm sure Sony will start pushing DL movies in the future.

Either way, we're finally seeing the true age of convergence (after what seems like a million failed attempts by companies in the past). Whether it's the iPhone or our home gaming consoles, people are starting to condense the amount of devices they own because so many are becoming redundant.

There's a lot at stake and it will be interesting to see how movie studios & electronic companies react to the changing tide of media and its delivery.

Kitten murderer

OT: Gaming becomes more and more mainstream every day. Nintendo has sure helped. Maybe the Wii Fitters of today will be the Call of Duty 9ers (?) of tomorrow.

Sorry, looks like people are more interested in LeoJs stalking habbits than intelligent posts...

How many people do you know who don't watch movies.

More mainstream yes.... but as mainstream as movies... not even close.

Well we can look at this craze and condensedingly say..."Pfft...We were there before it was cool!"

Maybe gaming will enter other areas of our society. Like once I have kids, if my son does badly in school, ima force him to play 32X for a week.

Hah, yup!

Who knows. Will this become the countreblance to high development costs..?
