1. PS2 Backward compatibility... I've heard there is software... but others tell me it's only for the 120GB model... What's the deal?

2. Do trophies work pretty much just like trophies?

3. Do any games support over 4 players one one system yet? (I don't think...)

4. Do USB keyboards work w/ it (& for the internet browser) like the Wii & 360...

5. How much more do Blu-Ray movies cost to buy and rent than regular DVD's?

Thanks in advance!

1. None of the new models support BC yet.

2. Yes, trophies work like trophies.

3. Buzz Quiz TV, LBP, COD4, CODWaW, R2, Sports games, Motorstorm PR, and others

4. Yes

5. Depends, I bought Transformers BD for 10 bucks new on BF, usually movies are about $5-10 more to buy and renting will be the same if you do a monthly plan at Blockbuster or netflix. Right now you can find great deals to buy movies on Amazon or at retail.

I don't know about Blockbuster online, but renting BluRay movies from Blockbuster stores costs more and having the option to rent BluRay movies from NetFlix costs another $1 a month.

Best Buy, Wal-Mart, Target, Movie Trading Company, any brick and mortar place really.  They do usually have sales and deals going on to make them affordable, but for the most part, they are $10-15 more than DVD's.

DVD's are usually somewhere around $19-24 while BluRay movies new at full price are usually $30-35 (so I guess that's $6-15 more).  I see the occasional really bad movie for $24 but that's because it's the occasional really bad movie and the DVD is even cheaper.

1. Sorry, the  new PS3 systems don't have backward compatibility

2. If you've ever played the 360, trophies are exactly like achievements

3. No

4. Yes

5. I don't know about that one

Favorite films. Foreign films forever!

1) Depends on which 80GB due you have. Easy way to tell??? How many USB ports does your system have in the front?

If there's 2, then no B/C for you. If there are 4 then You have Software B/C. You can use the official Playstation Website to figure out which one of your games work and which one's don't. More than 80% of PS2 games work just fine.

2) Um.... yes???

3) CoD4, Little Big Planet, CoD:WaW, Haze. Those are the only ones that I can think of right now.

4) Yes. Just plug and go.

5)  Not sure on rent, but for purchase, you're looking at around 5-15 dollar difference in general. It varies.

1. Make sure you don't have this nasty message on your box:

2. Like achievements? Yeah.

3. Not sure - never played more than one player on my PS3.

4. Yes - the PS3 rocks with USB keyboard support - or buy the keyboard attachment for your Sixaxis or other controller.

5. I have a Blockbuster Combo Pass - it's $23 a month, and I can rent games and Blu Rays. One at a time, but I can keep them as long as I want.

Get Blu-Rays at Amazon, theyre a fair bit cheaper and the selection is great. Stuff like The Dark Knight is at $23.

+shipping.

Well, unless you pay $75 for Amazon Prime and don't mind waiting two days.

If you pay more than $5 or $10 (At the very most for a movie you really want) then you're retarded, you should never pay $15 more for a BD movie, I just paid $5 more for a BD box set (Band of Brothers).

Never paid shipping from Amazon, just choose the free shipping option (I think you might have to order more than $25 worth though).
