hmmm, i'm inclined for the gears bundle actually, i played the first on the PC and loved it all the way. Just another question, if you don't mind. Are component HD cables any different than a HDMI cable? i mean, in terms of picture quality.

recent HDTV's fail to support 1080P through component(copyright issues) so its better to use HDMI. IF your TV supports 1080P than HDMI is a better choice.. no difference in quality though, single cable= less hassle

I'm still stuck on a 720p HD Ready TV, the 1080p one's are really really expensive where i live, up to 1500$ the cheapest one's. Well i think i'm set for the gears 2 pro bundle, so thank you everyone.
Also, can i get your gamertag, so i could add you once i get Live? mine's going to be LestatDark, but i'll update it as soon as i buy it (hopefully tommorrow)

Thanks for your input. 20 euros is about 30 dollars, and games here in portugal are very expensive, gears of war 2 is 70 euros, roughly, 95 dollars. Also what games do you think i should buy? I'm going for lost odissey, blue dragon and infinite undiscovery (RPG and JRPG lover) and halo 3, which i can get them for half the price, but besides those, which should i get?

In that case, the 60GB with Gears 2 is more worth it.

And with those 4 extra games for ½ price u dont need more games for awhile, you'll have plenty of fun. (meanwhile you can read MrStickballs old-game recommendation list:

EDIT: although his old list was better I fink...

Agree with this.  I wouldn't ever play Kung Fu Panda or Lego Indy, and 60G is more than enough space for me.

That extra 20 Euros could go towards a great legacy title like Mass Effect, Bioshock, the Orange Box, etc. or some good XBLA games like Braid and Castle Crashers.

That's a great list in fact :D i had forgotten about dead rising, fable 2 and ninja gaiden 2, got to check those two when i can ;) I also am looking forward to playing Braid, i heard only great things about it, and i love 2D platformers :D

I've got bioshock and mass effect for the pc, those were some trully awesome games, i was enthralled by bioshock since the plane crash.

i say get the 360 elite, with the nxe and the installs and all the great content u can get from xbl, u will need the extra space. also get "tales of vesperia","last remnant","elder scrolls 4: oblivion","fallout 3","eternal sonata" and "fable 2". also get a charge station for your battery packs, its a worth while investment.
