Sales a little better than my predictions, but not by much.

Waiting to see the legs though - given the "poor" reviews, along with the front loaded PS3 install base - I wouldn't be surprised if this never cracks 300k.

Still, more than decent sales for the PS3 title.

PS0 sales "ok" - not too surprised it didn't blow the bank. Should still do 100k week#1, if not more. These games just don't seem that well targeted on the DS.

I wonder about legs as well. There are 4 huge factors involving WKC's legs, and I wonder which way it'll go:

Pros:

• Online Mode (could sell well, ala Phantasy Star Portable or Monster Hunter 2)
• Lack of RPGs on PS3 (leading more to adopt WKC as opposed to other available, or unavailable titles)

Cons:

• Poor reviews by Famitsu
• Rather short for a JRPG (have they mentioned if a New Game+ mode or such comes into play?)

I'm willing to bet that since it's near the holiday collapse, the cons may win, and the game will see around 70-75% of it's LTD sellthrough on it's first week. But we'll know next week if it can manage at or above 35,000.

As for "too short" - It's 28,5 hours without side quests. Good enough for me.

The mods on this forum don't even bother trying to be neutral, well at least each console has it's own fanboy mod. Not saying anything is wrong with it.......besides if you call one of them a fanboy you get banned. -_-

No you dont, Fishy joe is one of the biggest wii fans, same with DKII, and Shams.

Mrstickball is the biggest 360 fan, and Making music a noticable ps3 fan.

The only ones that will be eating crow, are the ones with "predictions" furthest from the actual sales figures. So go ahead - and post what you think WKC will do in Japan lifetime. I guessed 110k day#1, and I wasn't *that* far from the mark.
