I see this so much! It's ridiculous! Just because LBP and R2 performed below "expectations" (one person predicts 2 million first week, and this apparently becomes "expectations") does not mean that Killzone 2 will!

LBP and KZ2:

-LBP releases in a flood of games, KZ2 does not.

-LBP is not geared at the PS3's audience, KZ2 is.

-LBP is lower budget, and will have less advertising!

R2 and KZ2:

-R2 releases in a flood of games, KZ2 does not.

-R2 releases in a flood of first person shooters, KZ2 does not.

-KZ2 is much higher quality, both in beta impressions and graphics.

-R2 is lower budget and will have less advertising!

-R2 launched within a few weeks of a sequel to CoD4!

Honestly, R2 and LBP probably have more in common than LBP or R2 and KZ2!

Please stop contrasting KZ2 and R2 and LBP.

Here's one similarity that counts: they're both released on PS3. R2 and LBP deserved better sales and I'm afraid we'll say the same about K2 after its release. The PS3 doesn't seem to move software the way that it should. The only game I see selling strongly is GT5.
