I have my money on mgs4 1. it won best graphics award 2.won best action adventure game over gta4 3. it won best ps3 game over gta4 4. won best voice acting over gta4

so i want to here from you what game do you guys think will win and give some good reasons

METAL GEAR SOLID 4 GUNS OF THE PATRIOT will be GAMESPOT'S GOTY 2008.

will also give it to MGS4

There's absolutely zero doubt that it'll be MGS4. The 360 GOTY was GTA4, which was beaten by MGS4 in both PS3 GOTY and Best Action-Adventure. The Wii GOTY was No More Heroes, which was also beaten by MGS4 in Best Action Adventure.
Plus, MGS4 won best story, best graphics, best soundtrack, most memorable moment and best boss fights, and of course, it got a 10/10

I'll bet anything with anyone that MGS4 will take the GOTY at Gamespot

MGS4 has to win. Very logical reasoning:

MGS4 beat GTA4 in the Action Adventure category. GTA4 is gone.

Now, the platform awards:

PS3, with an inferior Fallout 3- MGS4
PC, with no MGS4 and an inferior GTA4- Fallout 3
X360, with a very good Fallout 3 and no MGS4- GTA4.

So, GTA4 beat Fallout 3, MGS4 beat GTA4. Nothing has beaten MGS4, so MGS4 will win Game of The Year. Same with IGN.

Going by IGN's past I wouldn't be predicting their GOTY winner based on logic.....

As for Gamespot, you actually can use logic to determine the winner, and it will be MGS4, nothing else comes close there. They love the game as much as I do! :)
