well wii has a better holiday season than we expected, probably the few announcements by Enix have helped.

PS3 hardware waaay too low... 37k is a disappointment. Its good that the PS3 still has FFXIII, the only game that can truely revive the console...

The 360 and for all the steam it was gaining to since september, it has disappointed this holiday season, and Japanese again demonstrated what HD console they choose

PSP and DS numbers very healthy... DS especially after heading at one point towards saturation has proved its still the top console in Japan

Not being a fanboy here but with the sales SEGA software on the wii so far, they should've make games on the Wii long time ago. Valkyria chronicles, a PS3 exclusive is a big blow to SEGA and the last nail on the coffin.

Yeah, lets tap, bleach and sonic unleashed have low sales but let's tap and bleach crusade isnt really a high budget game either, and sonic unleashed was selling healthy on the west especially in Europe. I knew SEGA still profiting from these three games. Their HD games are worse:

Doesnt matter, its Japan and TvC supposed to be a arcade game. I knew CAPCOM was profiting from TvC arcades.

SEGA is doing great overseas (specially the Wii) so I don't think they're going to stop making games, the interesting thing is wich game is going to make overseas? Bleach is quite niche and Let's tap is kinda of risky

why not both? This is the good thing with third parties, they can take risks and loss money in a game and oh! its bombed, just make another. Its just this generation that 3rd parties are actually take risks when making a game. Though SEGA learned from their mistAKES.

PS3 will have good times in Japan, RE5, SF4, Yakuza 3 and of course the big 2 FFXIII and Versus. Not bad at all but why MS persist there with the 360 is beyond me.

Not to bash or anything, but... MH3 will cannibalized the sales of RE5 if the rumor was true. Even Im a Wii fan I still dont get it why CAPCOM is doing this with their franchise
