MGS4 won't be a Greatest Hit for at least another 6 months. It's still selling strong. They'll wait until it's a year old to discount it.

Agreed, it would be nice to have more cheaper games for the ps3. At the same time be happy there are cheaper games, the Wii still does not have the players choice games going yet for the system.(I refuse to pay full price for Metroid prime 3 which is been out for 2 years) I Would love to see Metal Gear or Soul Calibur 4 added.

yeah MGS4 is still new to the library so i highly doubt it.

I believe Uncharted, R&C etc are already platinum! Also, there's alot of crap in platinum status right now in Europe. I guess they'll wait with CoD4 and MGS4 platinum cuzz the games don't 'need' the boost yet. Maybe a little later! I bet NFS will go platinum, as well as mirror's edge and Shaun White in Feb/March.
