Age of Empires III.

Nothing ever beat the original Starcraft+broodwars for me. I played some good ones, but nothing ever matched the balance and elegance of starcraft.

I can't think of any other RTS games that I even like. Hopefully I enjoy Galactic Civilizations and Sins of a Solar Empire as much as everybody else.

I have to go with the original Age of Empires. I loved that game, and I love the others in the series. But the original will always hold a special place in my heart. I once entered an age of empires tourney sponsored by M$ and I was 1 win away from being flown out to Seattle for the finale. OH THE PAIN :((
