I'm surprised PC gamers aren't bitching about how Bioshock 2 is starting to turn into Console war ammo.

Unfortunately only about 1/5 of those PC gamers have a Direct 3d 10 capable card, and Vista. Of those only about half are Direct 3d by name only. So yay for that 10% who have fast enough PCs. Well according to the Steam survey that is. Oh and only half of those gamers can run the game at > than the low 720P HD resolution because their monitor doesn't support it, even fewer if you count the numbers with the hardware and the monitor.
Tease.
I think the majority of people who wanted Bioshock got it for the 360 already, myself included. I think PS3 owners should be going to get this game in droves, but I can't blame people for not paying attention to a game that came out a year late for their system. There has just been too much quality new stuff coming out to pay that much attention to old stuff.

I stand corrected...maybe Bioshock should be a console game. The only PC gamer I play with plays his games on a HDTV with dual SLI video cards. He even dual boots his OS and uses both Vista and XP, didn't know most PC gamers don't even run this game full settings.
The game is good but not good enough for me to buy it so much later. The main problem was that they denied the game would ever hit on the PS3, so I had already seen the entire story on youtube well before the PS3 version was announced.
There is so many other good games out right now for the PS3 that Bioshock got lost in the shuffle. As for buying an old game if its good its worth picking up and as for price you can buy a new copies of games for reduced prices on Amazon.

I hope to correct it, I will be posting my chump box for christmas soon.
Tease.
It will be wise for the games to be 360 exclusive.
just look at the 360 install base, holy shit compare with ps3.
If Bioshock is indeed exclusive or Timed exclusive, then Microsoft should have its Big three again to compete with Sony exclusive.
In 2007 it is Bioshock, Halo 3, and Mass Effect
In 2008 it is Gears 2, Fable 2, and L4D
In 2009 it might be Halo ODST, Bioshock 2, and any combination of Forza 3, Mass Effect 2, Aln Wake, and/or Killer Instinct 3(if indeed this game is true).
If all 6 of them are coming out in the fall, then if is OMFG. That lineup will certainly destroy or match anything the PS3 or Wii (well maybe not the Wii) has to offered.
Agreed?
