Alright, they're pretty much right across the board.

A few things I disagree with:

-BioShock should be best shooter, but it's close
-GTA4: Voice Acting and Story? WTF? Hello, MGS4's right over there...
-PSN game should be WipEout HD or Bionic Commando Rearmed.

But I'm surprised. IGN did a really great job!

Bioshock is a good game, overall more polished than Resistance 2. But IMO Resistance 2 as a shooter wins hands down. IMO it's really a great game and better than the good original in almost any way.
