Charizard FTW!!!

The names are sooo creative, Char + Lizard = Charizard

Btw, the Ekans thing, a friend couldn't believe when i told him that Ekans = Snake and Arbok = Kobra... Less when i told him that it was Psyduck and not Saiduck (He's a raging Dragonball fan and because of that he loved when Psyduck said "SAIYAYAI", you know, because of the Saiya-jin stuff)

BTW, in Dragonball the names were not as smart either, the Saiya-jins were named after vegetals, Freezer family after guess what?? Freezing stuff, Bulma's family after clothes, etc., but my favorite was the Cinderella pun (Bibidi, Babidy, Buu)...

The Pokemon that has the most creative name will have to be Squirtle. There's 4 descriptions that go into what creature it is.

Squirt = there are two meanings, as squirting water and a squirt as in tiny.
Squirrel
Turtle

Most complex in design is Eevee and it's evolutions. It took a lot of thinking just to make them all appear unique and different from one another. Sure Vaporeon and Glaceon can contradict each other because Vaporeon can learn Ice Beam and Blizzard and Glaceon can learn Water Pulse.
