Hmmm, well, depends on how you define biased, of course, there's no way to decide winners in a completely unbiased manner, but we tried to make it as fair as possible. Of course, you could cheat the system and vote a hundred times, but we trust no one will do that

One reason is just not having an informed opinion. I've been here over half a year and I stay pretty active reading and posting and still I did not know anything at all about a large proportion of the nominees. I spent a lot of time looking up Avatars and still never recall seeing them before. Likewise I was surprised at some ommisions that I would have considered slam dunks like benga benga.

And no offense, but I cannot recall ever having seen zexen_lowe before. So I suspect that the missing votes may be from people that have not been here for a very long time and just don't know the players.
