Bollocks was it a mistranslation. Originally, 7 different sites all translated it themselves. 7! Forget that did you? It was covered up massively. Unless your telling me 7 different translaters all got it wrong.

Oh WOW you think 7 different sites translated it, were they all there at one time? Bullshit, it was mistranslated by one site and 6 sites simply picked up on the news. Do you even know how the internet works?

Said it once and will say it again, pathetic how people want a port more than a brand new game.....also 360 owners love acting like spoilt children

 I have finished the game. So although I would buy it, it doesnt matter to me.

And yes Iknow how the net works, if a site uses a translation from another site, they have to give credit to where it comes from. There were sites that did that. But there were sites that did there own. I and others spotted it. It was just a quick cover up.

Mistranslated...right. And the translation ended up being "We are looking to bring more of our series to the Xbox 360 platform in an attempt to capture the west market". Interesting how "We are looking to bring Metal Gear Solid specifically to the 360" was mistranslated from that.

Mistranslation my ass. They're hiding something. MGS4 or not, its unlikely the 360 won't be getting MGS5.

Btw, you may want to generalize 360 owners in a lesser fashion to make yourself seem less like an ass.

We heard a lot of MGS4 coming to 360 years ago, this is some serious clutching onto straws if you want to believe what was said on an unknown website. So far Shadowblind you are the only one to call me an "ass", you own a 360 right?

If the game goes onto 360 that's fine but my one hope is that the port is not handhelds by Kojimas team, I want them making new games not ports.

On one hand I'm hoping to see such an announcement but on the other the number of meltdowns and trolling by angry/upset PS3 owners would likely get out of hand. I think such a humiliation on top of what has happened in the last few months would be a little too much.

Lets all just enjoy the good news that will come out of this show for all consoles. :)

The only reason I called you an ass was because of genralizing the entire 360 owning populace by calling them spoiled. There are many better words you can use other than "all 360 owners." I've stated it before and now; I could care less if its moved to 360 in any form.

My guess is 3 DVDs.  And considering this game was made around the PS3's strengths the graphical improvements would likely be minimal.

MGS4 on Xbox 360 = more sales than PS3 version so I dont see why it wouldnt happen.....95% of multi-plat games sell best on 360.
