Here is an example... Let's say some guy around 17 walks into target... His name is Dave, and he is a casual gamer... He goes in to the games section and looks at the covers of the games... He already has CoD5, Guitar Hero/Rock Band and Madden '09, and he doesn't want mario, because he thinks it's too kiddy (not me, but this is commonly construed). So he looks through the case with a quick glance, looking for something that looks cool, and mature... He looks at the catalouge on the OP...
CURRENT SITUATION:
He can't find anything but the closest thing he can find is the Incredible Hulk (an obviously TERRIBLE game)... He only wants it because he loved the movie so darn much. He buys it, goes home and plays it... He doesn't like it and feels burned that the game is so bad. He either
A. Makes a false judgement about Wii games in general and sells his console, making Ninty's oppurtunities to sell him any more games useless, and maybe buys another system, or
B. Avoids purchasing games period, waiting to get one from his [Casual] girlfriend for Christmas or his birthay... She makes the same mistake, and wash, rinse, repeat.
IF WE PUT IN ONE GAME instead of "Imagine: Babyz", such as:

Then... Dave sees the game. Likes the cover, it looks "mature" to him. He likes the idea of lightsaber-type devices. The cool cover doesn't necessarily sell it to him, but it catches his eye, and as a casual gamer, he considers it (Probability of him getting a good game improves with the number displayed) He buys and takes the game home. He really likes the game. He either:
A. stops being a casual and (in theory), buys more games, and truly begins to like videogames, or
B. remains a casual player, but has more faith in buying a Wii game, keeps his console, and maybe buys a game every 3-4 months. He also tells his friends, and they buy the game, and, either they no longer remain casual gamers, or they have the same feeling Dave has...
So do you get it now? If not, I can do the "Mom" segment of the examples...
